January Green

The first of January was a gift for gardeners in the Lehigh Valley. Mid 50’s and sunshine welcomed all who ventured outside. After a morning of removing an accumulation of leaves and decomposing vegetation, a walk over the stream and through the woods set in motion a weekend I plan to replicate time and time again!

Even though the Lehigh Valley is not boasting green and growing plants on this first of January 2012, we are proud of what is hidden in plain sight!
