Autumn Leaves – Another Perspective

First there is the anticipation of hyacinths and daffodils, then the first day of 80 plus degrees 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and now of red and golden leaves.

As they drift lazily to earth or swirl in a cyclonic shape,  they eventually decompose and return their energy to the land.

But as they cling to branches hoping to be the last to let go

their color rivals any flower blossom.

But eventually all leaves turn subtle shades of brown.

For now,

Autumn dictates garden vistas.   ENJOY . . .
