Hidden among the petals, leaves and other assorted garden vegetation I often happen upon an insect doing insect things.
Just as I am fascinated by the color, shape and texture of plants, the diversity of the insect kingdom always catches my attention.
From beauty to oddity,
from frightful to sublime,
insects contribute to the web of life.
